What Happens After You Submit

After you submit the form, a scheduler reviews the request and calls or texts back, usually within the day, to confirm a time. Scheduling in Arcadia runs around normal business hours, and if the property has a gate code, a leasing office, or a specific unit that needs building access arranged, mention it in the notes so the technician isn't standing at the curb. Have your address, the chimney or fireplace type if you know it, and any prior inspection report on hand. If you manage more than one address, list them all and we will log each one separately so nothing gets mixed up.
